Fundamentals of Dog Care Online Course

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) is collaborating with Houlton Institute and giving you an opportunity to learn about dog mental health, anatomy, canine communication and much more through a 6-weeks long online course. It costs $49 (about 14 KWD) and is available for all countries!

I thought it was a chance to get to discuss some issues with experts and to gain some essential information regarding dog care, so I signed up! I am really excited about it and I cannot wait to start the course.

You can check it out here.

RSPCA and horse riding trips

Yesterday, the International Education Service (IES-where I’m currently doing my foundation) organized a trip for veterinary science students to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) Queensland. The RSPCA had just moved and we went to visit their new shelter. It was an amazing trip! Here are the pictures.

Today, we went on a trip to Gatton to ride horses. I used to train for showjumping when I was six years old and I miss riding horses. We also passed by University of Queensland Gatton Campus, where, hopefully, I will be taking my veterinary science courses. It was a great day!
